RICE

Rice is a versatile, gluten-free grain rich in carbohydrates and essential for a balanced diet. Available in various forms like white and brown, it serves as a staple ingredient in countless culinary traditions, offering both nutrition and adaptability in cooking.

Jasmine Rice – Jasmine Rice, renowned for its fragrant aroma, is a long-grain variety know for its subtly sweet and floral scent. It slender grains, when cooked, exhibit a tender and slightly sticky texture, making it an ideal choice for various Asian and fusion dishes.

Medium Rice – Medium-grain rice offers a balance of stickiness and fluffiness, paving way for a wide range of culinary creations.

Japonica Rice – Japonica round rice is prized for its sticky texture, it is essential in Japanese cuisine for sushi and other Asian dishes, enhancing flavors across the globe.

KDM Fragrant Rice – KDM is the premium Vietnamese fragrant rice, long grain, white rice, fragrant like jasmine flower, KDM is grown in the border areas of Vietnam and Cambodia, namely An Giang and Cambodia.
